Omni.fun is a decentralized protocol for launching and trading tokens on multiple blockchain networks. It is not a financial service, exchange, or custodian. Users interact directly with smart contracts at their own risk.
Omni.fun makes no guarantees regarding:
Cross-chain transactions involve third-party protocols including LayerZero, Across Protocol, and deBridge. Each of these protocols carries its own risks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, and liquidity issues. Users acknowledge and accept these risks.
Token launch fees are non-refundable once a token is deployed. Trading fees are deducted automatically by smart contracts. Users are responsible for understanding fee structures before transacting.
Users are responsible for:
Omni.fun reserves the right to hide tokens from the frontend that violate community standards, including tokens promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or fraud. Hiding a token from the frontend does not affect its on-chain existence or tradability via direct contract interaction.
Omni.fun is non-custodial. Users maintain full control of their wallets at all times. We never have access to your private keys or the ability to move your funds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni.fun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
