1. No Personal Data Collection

Omni.fun does not collect personal data. Wallet addresses are public blockchain data and are not linked to personal identity by our systems.

2. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for session management (e.g., wallet connection state). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that link wallet addresses to personal identity.

3. No Tracking

We do not use analytics services that link wallet addresses to personal identity. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.

4. Rate Limiting

API rate limiting uses IP addresses temporarily to prevent abuse. IP addresses are not stored long-term and are not linked to wallet addresses.

5. On-Chain Data

Our database (Supabase) stores on-chain data including trades, tokens, and bonding curve states. This is all public blockchain data that anyone can access. We index it for performance and display purposes.

6. Comments and User Content

If you post comments, they are associated with your wallet address (which is public) and stored in our database. Comments can be viewed by other users. We do not store personal information beyond what you voluntarily publish.

7. Token Metadata

Token creators can upload images and descriptions for their tokens. This metadata is stored in our systems and served publicly. Creators are responsible for not uploading personal or sensitive information.

8. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services including:

Each of these services has their own privacy policies.

9. Data Retention

On-chain data is retained indefinitely as it reflects permanent blockchain state. Comments and metadata may be removed upon request if they violate our terms.
